1)Temperature
The temperature was not heated enough, and the resin stuck on the module could not be removed due to demoulding
2)De-moulding agent
The de-moulding agent was not used enough times, which made demoulding difficult, and more and more resin stuck on the module and could not be used anymore
3)Quality of the de-moulding agent
The quality of the de-moulding agent used was poor, resulting in it not having the desired effect
Finally, the mold could not be used anymore, and all the modules needed to be disassembled for cleaning and repair. The cost was very high.
