How to maintence FRP grating mold

Maintenance of FRP grating mold is one of the important work for make more long life of machine,

so before use the machine, we must learn how to maintenance the machine carefully, we will provide

each customer maintenance details file after get the machine.Workers need to check the oil, hydraulic, heating and other equipment timely.

Before Use：

Spray the release agent,1 time per 30 minutes, total 5 times.

First Time Use:

After produce 5 pieces grating panel, Spray the release agent 2 times, after produce the 10-15th piece, Spray the second times release agent,after produce the 50th piece, Spray the third time, after produce the 100th piece, Spray the fourth times release agent.

Later Use:

Constant Use: 1.Spray the release agent to the mold at regular intervals.

2.Brush butter to the Pin-lift, Frame, Slide rail frequently.

Stop Use: If the mold not use for long time, it need to be spray oil to protect the surface.

Mold Block Repair：

If there is any block is broken and need to be change a new block, Before change, Please wipe 100% clean of block location, if not clean, it will be cause the mold frame deformed.
