Can I produce different mesh size with 1 mold?

No, because the mold are made with many quantity fixed size block, the block width, length and height is fixed. so mesh size can not be change.

Can I produce different panel size with 1 mold?

Yes, but we suggest buy another mold to produce different size, but if the panle size you want to produce is small than this mold, you can produce small size with below method.

(1) Book dielectric steel rod from us.

The rod will be do same height with mold block, and lenght is according to the panle size you want to do.

(2) Free cost method.

You can put filler such as calcium carbonate into the mold block where don’t need to make the gratings.

this is a easy and free method, if the small panel is not mass production products, this method is more better, more less cost, and less time.
