FRP Hydraulic Pultrusion Machine

FRP Profile Hydraulic Pultrusion Machine  is auto PLC controlling with stable performance and high automation, The machine can produce various FRP(including Glass fiber and Basalt fiber) Pultrusion Profiles such as square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, angles, I-shapes, channel, rod, and rod fiberglass pultruded profile . The line consists of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system.

Due to the pultrusion machines continuous production, which  oil temperature should be high. the machine must be cooling controlled. in the aspect of cooling system, there are water cooling syetem and wind cooling system. The cutting machine power is supplied by a hydraulic control system. Which running speed more smoothly and the cutting power is bigger.
