Introduction

FRP grating machine is used for making different kinds of FRP(fiberglass reinforce plastic) molded gratings, commonly used size include H25, H30, H38 ,and also can make customized dimensions according to request.

It main contains 3 parts: grating mold, heating system, accessory equipment. Each grating mold include mold cavity and ejector pin de-molding system , The grating size can be adjusted by change the mold size.

The important features are include easy operation , low maintenance, less weight( easy to transport and installation), high resistance capacity, so make it durable.

The mold block made by S45C steel, and the top plate use material of S45C with thickness 14mm,and other support steel structure with steel grade Q235C, the block dimension tolerance will be control within +-0.1mm.

The mold is small metal which made by S45C steel, and adopt chromium plating method. As a important part of the machine, it has advantage of smooth surface, high hardness an lone serve life.

EXW – Ex-Works or Ex-Warehouse

Shipping under EXW makes it the supplier’s responsibility only to get the goods ready for dispatch. From then on, the freight forwarder is responsible for receiving the assets and make sure they are cleared, loaded onto the cargo vessel, and delivered to their final destination.

FOB – Free on Board

With FOB, the supplier has to get your goods aboard the vessel. Once the goods are loaded, the supplier is no more responsible for them. The freight forwarder should handle them thereupon, until delivery.

CIF – Cost, Insurance, and Freight

When shipping under CIF, the seller loads the goods on the vessel, upon which the risk of any loss or damage passes, just like in FOB. Additionally, in CIF, the seller covers all freight costs until the goods arrive at your destination port. The seller also has to insure the goods to cover the risk of damage during carriage.

It is the best solution, but the quantity is need to full of one container (Volume more than 28m³ or Weight more than 25tons)

Shipping by sea (Less than containers)

If the quantity is less than 1 containers, and both volume and weight is less, then we can consider LCL loading, so can reduce the shipping cost.

Shipping by sea (Bulk vessel)

When the machine width, height or length is more bigger than container size, then can not put into container, when this situation coming, we should consider bulk vessel. But bulk vessel has a disadvantage, departure time always delay.
