It main contains 3 parts: grating mold, heating system, accessory equipment. Each grating mold include mold cavity and ejector pin de-molding system , The grating size can be adjusted by change the mold size.

The important features are include easy operation , low maintenance, less weight( easy to transport and installation), high resistance capacity, so make it durable.

The mold block made by S45C steel, and the top plate use material of S45C with thickness 14mm,and other support steel structure with steel grade Q235C, the block dimension tolerance will be control within +-0.1mm.

Grating mold details

The mold is small metal which made by S45C steel, and adopt chromium plating method. As a important part of the machine, it has advantage of smooth surface, high hardness an lone serve life.

Heating system details

It has water cycle heating and water cycle cooling system, FRP grating use thermosetting resin, the resin become solidified with the temperature increase.

1. Ejector rod lifting device is two cylinder to parallel advance, smooth, no waving.

2. Stripping plate and stripping beam adopt elasticity connection, go up and down is parallel and steady.

Seller shall provide all necessary instruction, including that relating to the theory and design of the plant.

Warning

Before use the new mold clean up oil stains and other dirt inside the mold.Before use the mold please check if the screws loose or not. If loose, please fasten in time.Keep the mold slide adequate oil, prohibit knocking the I beam steel with hammer. Spray the demoulding agent three times, spray the agent after curing the last spray.After producing 3-4 grating sheets spray the demolding agent to the mold. Produce after the agent drying. In the following production please spray the demolding agent periodically according to the actual conditions.

Maintenance:

The supplier will be provide free repair service during the warranty period, if the problem is cased by the machine manufacturing, installation. Supplier can provide long -terms after sales maintenance service guide. Workers need to check the oil, hydraulic, heating and other equipment timely. The maintenance method should be provide by seller for reference. If any difficult problem can not be settled by buyer, seller should send technicians to repair machines in buyer’s local.
